Your family doctor will write a letter requesting assistance from certain specialists.  These letters go through a whole procedure of steps and schedules before they finally get an appointment back to you, the patient. 

 

Our referral administrator is a very busy person and has a very important role in making sure you get an appointment in a timely fashion.  They will also ensure you are informed of all the information you require to fulfill your appointment requirements.
